This project encompassed designing a promotional brochure for “The Arch”, a new condominium project located near the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
Golden Gate Bridge has arch shaped structure. The condo is built near the bridge, and by doing so it tells readers what would it feel like to live near the bridge.
The building has features such as an antique arch-shaped roof, and antique textures on the outside, yet very comfortable and contemporary interiors to meet modern day luxury expectations.
The initial spread of each section are created as black and white with orange hightlights to give an antique feeling, and subsequent pages use white space and colour photos to show modern and luxury aspects of the building and the lifestyle that viewers will be living in.
